At Leyara, we value your satisfaction with our wears and aim to provide a hassle-free return process. Please carefully review our return policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Tag Removal: Items must be returned with the original tag intact. If the tag is removed, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
2. Stains on Fabric: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items with stains on the fabric.
3. Perfume Spray: If perfume is sprayed on the fabric, the item is not eligible for a refund.
4. Washed Items: Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been washed.
Return Timeframe:
– All orders must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving them.

Undelivered Shipments:
In the event that the carrier tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received your items, please contact us promptly. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, they are responsible for its safe delivery.
If a package isn’t properly delivered:
1. Notify us, and we will open a case with the carrier.
2. Allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and reach a resolution.
Resolution Options:
– If you do not receive your order within the 2-week investigation period, we offer:
– Reshipping your order.
– Store credit.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for undelivered shipments.
Refund Policy:
– We only offer refunds for items that are NOT ON CLEARANCE and are still within a 10-business day return window period.
– Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in cases of errors with your order from our end.
